So another year passes and what a year it’s been. After a particularly horrendous 2013 (unlucky for some, certainly was for me) 2014 has been one of change, adventure and making decisions. And as scary as that’s been, it’s also been one of the most exciting years that has changed me as a person. As someone that has always been petrified of change, I’ve trained myself to embrace new situations and to step out of my comfort zone as much as possible in order to grow as a person. As well as travelling a lot and seeing the world, I also started a new job as Features Writer and became truly settled in a career that I love and know is right for me.
I don’t believe in New Years resolutions. I know, what a stickler! But I believe that we should be working on ourselves, our goals and our achievements 365 days of the year. That being said, I relish the fresh beginnings of January 1st, the hope we have for the times ahead and see it as an opportunity to be thankful for the year past and to reaffirm the targets in a new light.
This year the aim is
- Save, save, save
- Follow a more alkaline way of living
- Become as ‘green’ in my beauty as I can be
What are your goals for 2015?
Thank you for all of your support in 2014, here’s to an even better 2015….
